The commercial product we use demonstrates excellent water repellency, extreme resistance to ultraviolet light, and contains anti-mildew and anti-fungal additives that prevent graying during the life of the stain.
Decks will need to be evaluated case by case. The condition of your deck will determine next steps and the type of stain we will apply. Decks are never stained using the sprayer, but rather they are hand brushed and backrolled. Because deck wood is horizontal, it will need at least 48-72 hours to dry.
